Philip Woolfson
Philip Woolfson graduated with a BA Honours degree at the University of Manchester. After training with a top four firm, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1981 and in 1983 moved to a top twelve practice where he was admitted as a partner. He became a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1991. He set up his own firm in 1992 and joined Tuchbands as a partner in 1996, becoming managing partner in 1999.
Philip looks after a wide range of owner managed businesses, overseas investors setting up businesses in the UK and high wealth individuals. He has specialist knowledge of the property sector and retail.
Philip is lead guitarist in North London based band, The Silvertones.
Nick Poli
Nick Poli joined Tuchbands in its early days, trained with the firm and became a partner in 1980. He has extensive experience in general practice and tax planning and specialises in sole traders, partnerships and owner managed limited companies.
